[Prestashop help] How to the Prestashop automatic send a PDF invoice to customer after completed to an order?
Prestashop Sytem allow setting automatic attach a PDF invoice of order to customer’s email when an order changed it’s statuses.
Step 1: Go to Order Statuses Manager
In Prestashop’s version lower than 1.6.x, you can access this setting in Orders > Statuses
In Prestsshop’s version greater than 1.7.x+, you can access this setting in Configure > Shop Parameters > Order Settings > Statuses
Step 2: Edit a Order Status
Step 3: Checked option Attach invoice PDF to email. And Save
Also you can use some other options for an Order Status
- Consider the associated order as validated: The payment for this order can be considered as payment accepted.
- Allow a customer to download and view PDF versions of his/her invoices: Allow a customer can download his/her invoices from Frontend (Order history)
- Hide this status in all customer orders: This status invisible for customer in Frontend (Order history)
Hidden Order Status
- Send an email to the customer when his/her order status has changed: An email will be sent to customer when Order’s Status changed. You can change email template in PRESTASHOP_ROOT/mails/language
