[Free Prestashop Module] How to Restrict access to customer group for a Product in Prestashop?
By default, Prestashop only allow to restrict access to a customer group for categories. You can go to Backoffice > Catalog > Categories, add/edit a Category and grant permission to groups that you want they can view this category
But if you want restrict access to a customer group for a Product, you can use an external free Prestashop module that is called “Product access for groups” developed by Nemo company.
Step 1: Download & install free psproductaccess_1.0.1.zip module for Prestashop from below link. The module’s version is 1.0.1 developed by buy-addons team, we have upgraded to fix this module for Prestashop 1.7 from 1.0.0’s version that is developed by Nemo Team.

Step 2: Go to Prestashop Backoffice > Catalog > Products, add/edit a product:
- In Prestashop 1.7, click Modules tab > configure Product access for groups module
- In Prestashop 1.6, click Product access for groups tab
Save & view a product page from the Prestashop website to view modification.
